Origen: The American's Creed 1917?

Limitations: It seems to be a pretty one sided political cartoon since the Bolsheviks are seen as being homeless and helpless looking people. 

Value: This shows the allied powers in a positive light by trying to do what is right for the Bolsheviks and giving them a well needed haircut.
