I took this photo is Fuentes de in Picos de Europa. The cable car is a tourist attraction build under Franco. It was part of Franco's goal to make tourism a pillar of the Spanish society. The town was pretty much built around this attraction. It is one of 3 building including the 2 hotels. The local economy is basically built around summer tourism so it is hard to manage the rest of the year.
